To pay your Consumer Cellular bill online, go to the Payment section of your account. Click “Pay Now” next to any outstanding balance. If you need help paying your bill, contact the customer service department. 888-345-5509 (toll-free).

Can I use my 3G phone on Consumer Cellular?
No. Consumers Cellular only uses the newer 4G LTE network. The 3G network has been discontinued.
